I was hoping all weekend long to get these dishes made for posting this Saturday and Sunday, however life had other plans.
In the works today are:
Pulled Pork BBQ – which has been brine soaked for 10 hours and Dry Rubbed and slowly baked for 12 hours, then pulled. The Dry Rub recipe is included which contains 17 herbs and spices, as does the brine solution.
Homemade Pie Dough recipe for the Buttermilk Pie Recipe
as well as a few other recipes int he works for later in the week.
I hope you will be on the look out for these this week.
